PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber for a traveling vehicle capable of reducing vibration and a tilt applied to a wheel in all of the longitudinal and lateral directions by means of a simple structure for allowing travel on an uneven road surface. SOLUTION: While front and rear frames 3, 2 independent of each other are connected oscillationally upward/downward, front wheels 5, 5 to be journalled to a center-pivot type rocking arm 4 are mounted to the front side main frame 3.
