PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension capable of easily changing the mass of a weight mounted on a lateral rod, and improving the assemblability of the lateral rod to a vehicle. SOLUTION: In this suspension having a weight 5 mounted on a first bush 11 of a lateral rod 1, the weight 5 has the non-cylindrical shape projecting from a part of an outer peripheral surface of the first bush 11, and a bracket 6 of a car body 4 is provided with a stopper part 63 capable of being in contact with the weight 5 for preventing the rotation of the lateral rod 1 by more than a predetermined angle in the direction to lower the second bush 12. Preferably, the weight 5 is mounted on a lower area of the outer peripheral surface of the first bush 11, and has an circular arc-shaped outer face 50 on the center of rotation P of the first bush 11.
