PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle sander mounted in a vehicle for letting sand rapidly run to a sand sprinkle port and fall onto a road surface to stop a slip of an automobile driving wheel by turning on an operation switch installed in a driver's seat in the case that the slip of the wheel on a snow cover road surface or a road like a frozen ski slope disables drive or the stop, and to provide a sand stream control valve starting and stopping the sander, and accurately and rapidly controlling a sand amount on the road surface and a sanding speed. SOLUTION: In this sander, the sand stream control valve 4 is connected to a sand stream port 2 at the bottom of a sand tank 1, one side of the control valve 4 is connected to a sand stream pipe 5, and the tip of the sand stream pipe 5 is formed with the sanding port 7. When rotation of a motor 15 installed in the sander adjacently to the sand tank 1 is transmitted to a turn rod 21, the turn rod 21 is turned by a quarter turn to turn a valve element of the control valve 4, so that the sand stored in the sand tank 1 is sanded over the road surface. The control valve 4 has a tube-like shape, while the valve element housed in a tube has a spherical shape. A proper gap is formed such that the valve element does not contact with the inner wall of the tube. Thereby, the valve element can easily turn to allow rapid operation of the control valve 4.
