PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite skin material which can be easily recycled and ensures easy fabrication for adhesion between a skin material and a non- woven fabric and between the composite skin material obtained by laminating the skin material, a resin layer and the non-woven fabric in this order and a plastic base material or the like. SOLUTION: A composite skin material 1 is obtained by laminating a skin material 2 composed of a polyester fiber on a non-woven fabric 4 composed of a polyester fiber via a polyester resin layer 3 wherein the polyester resin layer 3 is formed of a polyester-based hot melt resin powder composed of a mixture of a polyester resin powder having a low melting point of not lower than 90 deg.C to not higher than 130 deg.C and a polyester resin powder having a high melting point of not lower than 140 deg.C to not higher than 160 deg.C, the total amount of the hot melt resin powder being 30 to 70 g/m2.
