<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum forming method which can mold a sheet 12 to be molded accurately by making the sheet sufficiently follow the surface shape of a molding mold 13 without breaking the sheet 12 even for the mold 13 having a complex three-dimensional shape on its surface. SOLUTION: After the sheet 12 extended above the mold 13 is heated/ softened, a space on its upper side is pressurized, a space on the lower side is evacuated, and the sheet 12 is pressed on the surface of the mold 13 by the pressure difference. After that, a flexible sheet 11 extended above the sheet 12 is pressed to the sheet 12 pressed on the surface of the mold 13 by using the pressure difference between the two surfaces so that the sheet 12 is further pressed on the surface of the mold 13.</p> |
