<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the amt. of air to be supplied by constructing fuzzy rule by the sensitivity analysis of the variable factors of water quality and controlling the water-quality factor control part based on the rule. CONSTITUTION:An activated-sludge process is molded under the conditions where the variables necessary for evaluation are included to organize a control rule. A stationary analysis and a dynamic simulation must be considered in modeling. A performance function and a constraint are set to obtain an optimum DO-SRT set value by using the stationary analysis. The amt. of air to be supplied is minimized as the criteria for evaluation. The constraints are the nitration rate and COD concn. A fuzzy rule is constructed by using the optimizing program. The DO set value and SRT set value are simultaneously calculated and outputted by fuzzy control, the SRT set value is changed against the water temp. variations as the long-time disturbance factors, and the amt. of air to be supplied (DO set value) is used as the manipulation end for stably controlling the water quality.</p> |
