CUSHION MATERIAL MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing fine granules of cushion material from polyester, wool and cotton by high-speed rotating blades, which can adjust shape and discharge amount of the granules. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a conveying belt(10) for spreading cottons in a plate shape, a couple of sawtooth rollers(20) holding with pulling the spread cotton, a rotation part(30) being rotated at high speed and having a plurality of rotating blades(31) formed around the surface and rotated for tearing and holding cottons placed between the saw-tooth rollers, a semicircular fixing part(40) covering the outer circumference of the rotation part, and a plurality of fixing blades(41) formed at the inner circumference of the fixing part to be crossed with the each rotating blades for pressing the cottons caught in the rotating blades together and forming into fine granules(71). A horizontal conveying belt(50) guiding the granules discharged from the rotation part to a storage tank and an upwardly incline conveying belt inclined toward the rotation part to let the inlet be narrower to the tank are also included in the apparatus. The massed degree and the discharge amount of the granules are determined by the conveying speed of the incline conveying belt.
