PURPOSE: A coding device of a mobile telecommunication system is provided to be capable of assuring a stable performance regardless of the variance of SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) by generating an input sequence of a convolution coder using a sequence splitter. CONSTITUTION: An encoder(1A1) encodes input data to output a code word(C1) consisting of data and parity. A sequence splitter(2A1) splits the code word(C1) output from the encoder(1A1) to generate a plurality of sequences which weights are varied, and transmit one of the plurality of sequences as a transmission sequence(Sd1) as well as supply another sequence as an input sequence of another channel coder. An interleaver(3A1) rearranges sequence(Sp1) input from the sequence splitter(2A1) into random format. The plurality of coding device are cascaded.
