PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing hollow fiber membrane module having superior dialytic property by maintaining the distance between each hollow fiber of hollow fiber bundle constant to increase resin impregnation in potting operation. CONSTITUTION: A transparent spinning solution that is prepared by blending polysulfone 17wt.%, polyvinylidone 10wt.%, polyethyleneglycol 9wt.%, dimethyl formamide 64wt.% is discharged through a circular slit of a base (outer diameter: 0.35mm, inner diameter: 0.2mm, diameter of inner nozzle: 0.15mm) in the ratio of 2.5g/min while injecting an aqueous solution of diethyleneglycol 70% through an internal nozzle as a coagulant. Then, it is coagulated in water bath (25°C) after passing through air gap (10cm) and wound on a bobbin (outer diameter: 20cm) as winding thread on a spool at the rate of 50m/min. To prepare a hollow fiber bundle, four pieces of threads released from four bobbins are rewound wherein winding rate is 20m/min and traverse rate is 5m/min (R="4). Finally, the prepared hollow fiber bundle is cut by 28cm and then potting operation is carried out according to conventional method. The fouling time of hollow fiber membrane module manufactured by above process is 950min.
