SLAB MOLD FORM USING HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE LIGHTWEIGHT SHAPE STEEL

PURPOSE: A slab form using height-adjustable lightweight shape steel is provided to improve productivity and economical efficiency on works and to have superior durability and profile efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A slab mold form using height-adjustable lightweight shape steel comprises: a lightweight C-shaped steel support(10) receiving loads applied to a panel form as lightweight C-shaped steel; a lightweight C-shaped steel support for connection(12) connected by the lightweight C-shaped steel support and wedge pins(14,16) to be adjustable in length to transmit the loads applied to the lightweight C-shaped steel support; a square bar hanger installed to the top of the lightweight C-shaped steel support and the lightweight C-shaped steel support for connection to hold a nailing square bar for fixing a horizontal part panel form; and an end bracket(28) installed vertically on both ends of the lightweight C-shaped steel support for connection through the medium of a connecting angle to be installed on a vertical part panel form.
