APPARATUS FOR MOUNTING LOWER NOZZLE OF CASTING LADLE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for mounting a lower nozzle of a casting ladle is provided to improve the working efficiency, reduce working load, and prevent an accident. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for mounting a lower nozzle(130) of a casting ladle(100) includes a lifting part(15) having a lifting cylinder(5) ascending and descending at the lower part of the ladle and a support plate(10) integrally mounted at a rod(7) of the lifting cylinder, a frame tightening part(30) having a cylindrical guide fixed at the upper plate(14a) of the support plate, a cylindrical spanner(35) rotatably mounted at a front end of the guide, and mounting a driving motor(37) for rotating the spanner, so that the frame tightening part couples a lower nozzle frame(140) with a lower nozzle fixture; and a lower nozzle mounting part(60) having a forward and backward cylinder(62) mounted at the upper plate of the support plate and a nozzle fixing rod(65) installed at a rod of the cylinder for adhering the lower nozzle closely to the lower part of the ladle.
