DEVICE FOR DAMPING PRESSURE INSIDE OIL CHAMBER OF UNDERWATER MOTOR PUMP

PURPOSE: A device for damping pressure inside an oil chamber of an underwater motor pump is provided to prevent damage of a mechanical seal and to prevent deterioration of pump performance by mounting a pressure releasing tube in the inside of the oil chamber. CONSTITUTION: A device for damping pressure inside the oil chamber of the underwater motor pump includes a pressure releasing part(80) expanded or contracted according to change of pressure. The pressure releasing part is mounted in the inside of the oil chamber located between a motor seal and an impeller seal and having a mechanical seal(77) around a motor shaft(75) disposed in the oil chamber. The pressure releasing part is a tube in the form of a ring.
