PURPOSE: A device for automatizing a change history management of IN(Intelligent Network) service subscriber data is provided to automatically generate and manage a change history of service subscriber data in an SMS(Service Management System). CONSTITUTION: A service subscriber data table schema analyzer(2) analyzes a service subscriber table schema(1), and analyzes an item necessary for a change history. A change history managing information storing unit(5) stores change history managing information supplied when data for service subscriber table information(3) is changed. A generator(4) uses the information supplied from the change history managing information storing unit(5) and the service subscriber table information(3), and generates a change history managing program code(6). A change history table performs the generated change history managing program code(6), and stores the changed history information.
