PURPOSE: A waste incinerating heat recycling system is provided to heat, use for hot water, and dry excretions with heat generated in burning a waste tire or inflammable waste, and to prevent air pollution by discharging after eliminating harmful components from waste gas in incinerating. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recycling system is composed of an incinerating part(100) having a lid opening unit in the upper part of an incinerator, and an air supply unit in the lower part; a burning part(200) having a combustion chamber covered with refractory material for complete combustion of gas generated in the incinerating part, and a burner in the inlet; a drying part(300) having a dryer drying excretions with heat generated in the burning part; and a harmful component removal part(400) having a collector eliminating harmful components from waste gas through the drying part, and a water tank in the outlet. The waste heat recycling apparatus heats water and dries excretions for fertilizer with heat generated in burning a waste tire or inflammable waste, and prevents air pollution by discharging after eliminating harmful components from waste gas in incinerating.
