PURPOSE: A process for preparing a pulp-molded vessel for cup-Chinese noodles by the use of pulp excellent in warm heat retaining property and damp proofing property is provided. Whereby, the obtained vessel does not leak when hot water is poured and is free from environmental hormone such as plastic and polystyrene foam. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: a refining process for cutting pulp fibers finely to increase a beating degree of pulp after the dissociation of pulp; a raw material supplying process for adding a sizing agent and mixing in a raw material storage tank and supplying the mixed raw material by air pressure in a machine chest; a first molding process for soaking fibers by discharging air and absorbing in a wire net; a second molding process for forming and drying by inserting the first molded product into an upper mold and compressing with a lower mold; and spraying a sizing agent and drying. |
