PURPOSE: A process for preparing an artificial stone column used for various interior products or building interior and exterior material is provided, which can produce without regard to size by optionally setting up length, circumference and thickness and express a color tone of the column to the exterior by installing an illuminator on a hollow part. CONSTITUTION: This artificial stone column is prepared by the process consisting of: a molding frame producing process(10) corresponding to length, circumference and thickness of a column; a resin solution pouring process(20) for forming a resin plate by pouring the resin solution into the molding frame and hardening; a winding process(30) for winding a hollow pipe and a transparent sheet on the hardened resin plate and removing the hollow pipe and transparent sheet from the resin plate; and a joint process(40) for connecting to both ends of winded resin plate with the same resin.
