PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a moisture-permeable waterproof cloth having excellent feeling texture and durability as well as waterproofing and moisture permeability is provided, which prevents air pollution or fire caused by releasing of volatile organic chemicals during the production and has improved working speed and productivity. CONSTITUTION: In a method for the manufacture of a moisture-permeable waterproof cloth by coating an adhesive on fiber base(1) and laminating a moisture-permeable waterproof film(5) thereon, the reactive polyurethane hot melt having an isocyanate group at both ends is used as an adhesive, wherein the adhesive is coated on a fiber substrate in an amount of 5 to 50g/m¬2 by using a chamber type Doctor blade(4).
