摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for preventing friction marks are provided to control friction marks generated during coiling of a cold rolled steel sheet by using a plurality of vibration sensors. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for preventing friction marks which are generated while a steel sheet (8) is wound or unwound comprising a reel (3) which is inserted into the center part of a coil (9) so as to unwind or wind the coil (9), a head support (4) supporting the front end part of the reel (3), and a bridle roll (6) installed at the front of the reel (3) so as to guide the steel sheet (8), the apparatus for preventing friction marks through vibration mode measurement of a steel sheet further comprises a plurality of vibration sensing means (12,13,15-20,30,31) installed at several places around the reel (3); a signal analyzer (41) receiving vibration signals outputted from the vibration sensing means (12,13,15-20,30,31); a control signal part (39) inputting control conditions for winding or unwinding the coil (9) to the signal analyzer (41); and an operation signal part (37) inputting operating conditions of the coil (9) into the signal analyzer (41), wherein the signal analyzer (41) controls rotation of the reel (3) and the bridle roll (6) by outputting the determined control values to the control signal part (39) after analyzing vibration signals, control conditions and operation signals.
