PURPOSE: A method for controlling seasoning of kimchi in kimchi refrigerator is provided to meet maximally the user's taste by compensating for temperature change of kimchi in accordance with seasonal change and performing post-seasoning procedure at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the first step of reading the type and desired taste of kimchi selected by a user; the second step of determining season by sensing the outdoor air temperature upon starting of kimchi seasoning; the third step of performing a first seasoning procedure in such a manner as to compensate for temperature through a cooling control or seasoning control in accordance with the season determined in the second step and the type and desired taste of kimchi selected by the user; the fourth step of performing a second seasoning procedure at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time period in accordance with the type and desired taste of kimchi; and the fifth step of performing post-seasoning procedure at a low temperature for a predetermined time period.
