PURPOSE: A molding, trimming, sawing and piercing die for embedded materials is provided to enhance working efficiency and to reduce the labor power by molding, trimming, sawing and piercing the embedded materials in one process. CONSTITUTION: A die for embedded materials consists of a lower die(1) integrally fixing a lower core(3); an upper die(2) fixing an upper core(4) molding a base material(30) and a skin textile fiber(20) by being stuck to the lower core; and cutter pad(9) cutting and trimming the base material and the skin textile fiber. After materials are supplied, the upper die slowly goes down and a supporting piece(13) supports the skin textile fiber on a plane portion(9a) of the cutter pad. A cutting portion(9c) of the cutter pad cuts the edge of the base material for a trimming. Then, a knife(12) cuts the skin textile fiber and the base material and the skin textile fiber are bonded each other. Finally, the embedded material consisting of the base material and the skin textile fiber is pierced by the punch of the upper core.
