PURPOSE: A compressor preventive valve is provided to turn on/off a compressor and to discharge a refrigerant according to abnormally high and low pressures. CONSTITUTION: By applying pressure, a guide(45), a stopper(46), and a pivot base(41) receive pressure by a film member(47) of a pressure switch unit(40). Thus, a low pressure switch(43) is pushed. A guide pin(42) is lowered for pressing a pressurizing spring(48) to turn on a contact point. In case of the pressure over a first established pressure, the guide is lowered to push a high pressure disk(44). The disk is inverted for elevating the guide pin by the repulsive force of the pressurizing spring. Therefore, the contact point is turned off. In case of the pressure under the first established value, the pressure transferred to the guide becomes weaker than the repulsive force of the high pressure disk to return the disk. Thus, the guide pin is lowered for turning on the contact point. In case of the pressure under a second established pressure, the pressure applied to the film member becomes weaker than the repulsive force of the low pressure disk. The pivot base, stopper, and guide are lifted for elevating the guide pin. Thus, the contact point is turned off. If abnormality happens in a compressor(70), an abnormally high pressure is generated for turning off the compressor. Moreover, a pressure preventive unit(60) is operated for elevating a seat cover(30) through a discharging hole(22) of a base(20) so that refrigerant is discharged.
