PURPOSE: A method for forming a fluorescent film of a color braun tube is provided to be capable of enhancing the uniformity of the fluorescent film by sequentially spraying several kinds of fluorescent powders having average grain diameters which are different from each other, thereby improving the brightness and overall screen performance. CONSTITUTION: A BM(Black Matrix) layer(201) is formed as a photo absorbing layer on a panel(200). Then, a photoresist resin film is coated on all surface of the panel(200). Next, several kinds of fluorescent powders having average grain diameters which are different from each other are sequentially sprayed on the photoresist resin film. Then, fluorescent films(204B,205B,204R,205R,204G,205G) are formed by exposing the photoresist resin film having the fluorescent powders sprayed into a predetermined pattern and developing/drying the unexposed portions of the photoresist resin film.
