PURPOSE: A method of medicine prescription and drugstore management is provided to avoid error occurred from prescription or data mis-input by executing data transfer between hospitals and drugstores through Internet and make information exchange between hospitals and drugstores possible by linking purchase information through medicine inventory control of hospitals and drugstores with medicine distribution information system. CONSTITUTION: When a patient applies medical treatment to a hospital and pays for the application(s10). A doctor in charge receives content of application and payment(s20), gives medical treatment to the patient and reports contents of medical treatment, an expense and prescription to a hospital server(s20). The server reports the content of the prescription to a web server(s40) and the content of expense to the patient and a receiver(s40,). A patient pays for the expense to a receipt desk and receives a receipt(s60). The hospital server stores information of the medical treatment, the expense and prescription in a data base(s70) and the hospital EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) transmits the information to an EDI server of a medical insurance associations(s80). After patient's application to a drugstore(s90), the drugstore receives the prescription from the web server(s100) and reports the prescription to a dispensary (s110). A pharmaceutist prepares a medicine and reports the content of the preparation to a server of the drugstore(s120). The drugstore server reports an expense for the preparation to the patient and a receipt desk of the drugstore(s130). The patient pays for the medicine and gets the medicine and the content of the preparation is reported to the web server(s140). The web server reports the content to the hospital server(s150). The hospital server stores the content in the data base(s160). The drugstore stores content of preparation and expense in a data base(s180) and the drugstore EDI transmits the content to the EDI server of medical insurance associations(s190). After information of medicine inventory control is stored in the data base of the drugstore(s200), the drugstore orders medicine insufficient to proper stock through 0EDI for medicine request to a server for medicine request of medicine distribution information system(s210).
