PURPOSE: The forming drum apparatus of a tire in which a half product is turned up by inflating a turn-up bladder by air and a push bladder is inflated to support the turn-up bladder from the side face and lower part, and a forming method are provided. Therefore, the apparatus and the method improve quality of a final product, reduce fraction defective and the cost of production and improve workability. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is characterized in that a half product is installed at the circumference of a drum(12) divided into left and right from a center segment(5), a supporting rod(7) of a turn-up bladder(8) is rotated by air, the turn-up bladder is inflated by air to turn up the half product and a push bladder(9) is inflated to support the turn-up bladder from the side face and lower part. The process comprises the steps of: attaching a tire half product to the circumference of a drum; pushing up a bead holder(3); moving a ball nut block(4) to the direction of a drum shaft(10) and stopping a center segment; rotating a supporting rod of a turn-up bladder; moving the ball nut block and stopping the drum; turning-up the half product; and drawing out a green tire by forcibly reducing the supporting rod of the turn-up bladder. |
