PURPOSE: A bolt for ground is provided to remove paint coated on a car panel even though the surface of the car is painted for corrosion prevention by forming a screw thread of a polygonal section, to improve ground force with the car panel by forming a flange on a bolt head and to prevent misassembly due to confusion when the bolt is assembled by easily discriminating the bolt from other bolts. CONSTITUTION: A bolt for ground includes a screw thread of a polygonal section screwed with a bolt hole(4) of a car panel(3), and a flange(11) projecting integrally on an end of a bolt head(10) adjacent to a screw part(20) of the screw and contacted with the car panel. The upper end of the bolt head is carved in the form of a polygon and carved with characters or symbols.
