PURPOSE: A vehicle engine cover coupling bolt is provided to form a buffer in a multi-stair structure of rubber, aluminium alloy and compression air instead of rubber washer, thereby blocking the noise and damping the vibration without any curing according to temperature. CONSTITUTION: An engine cover coupling bolt for a vehicle includes a buffering element having two sets of a steel plate(20), an aluminium alloy plate(21) and a rubber plate(22) interposed between the steel plate and the aluminium alloy plate, and a tube(23) interposed between the two sets integrally stacked, wherein the tube is formed in the shape of donut by injecting compression air in a sealed rubber cell in the shape of washer.
