PURPOSE: A baseband transmitting filter in a BTS(Base Transceiver Station) is provided to offer a BTS baseband transmitter filter using a BTS transmitting filter input characteristic and a CDMA up sampling characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A baseband transmitter filter in a BTS consists of a backup data storage part(22), a distribution and multiplexing part(48), the first and second addition parts(50,66). The backup data storage part(22) is comprised of the first to the sixth filter count storage part(24-34) and the first to the sixth sign bit control part(36-46). The first addition parts(50) is comprised of the first demultiplexer(52), the first to the fourth register(54-60), the first multiplexer(62), and the first adder(64). The second addition parts(66) is comprised of the second demultiplexer(68), the fifth to the eighth register(70-76), the second multiplexer(78), and the second adder(80).
