PURPOSE: Provided is an electrical energy storing apparatus having metal multilayer membrane electrodes comprising active material layers and metal membranes, which can reduce electric resistance of the electrode. CONSTITUTION: The electrical energy storing apparatus comprises: a first electrode comprising at least one active material layers(32,34) and at least one metal membranes(36,38), which are formed on a collecting body(30) by turns; a second electrode faced with the first electrode; a separator(42) formed between the first electrode and the second electrode; a case(40) for covering the first and the second electrode and the separator; an electrolyte(44) filled in the case.
