PURPOSE: Provided is a golf mat for exercise which forms projection parts in multiple hole cups and around the hole cup irregularly to get the same effect as field so that it improves exercise effect in putting. CONSTITUTION: In the golf mat for exercise wherein front and rear part are raised toward the rear part to get slide to a certain degree, the hole cup is formed in a body part and a cover is made of artificial grass in the upper side of the body part, the golf mat for exercise is characterized by forming multiple hole cups(60) in the rear part of the body, the projection parts(50) in the external upper side of the hole cup and a suspension rim(51) in the external side of the rear part.
