PURPOSE: A vehicle frame is provided to absorb impact while generating side-on collision of a vehicle and to protect passengers. CONSTITUTION: A frame of a vehicle is formed by a steel plate with a specific thickness and connected to an inside seal side panel(2) by welding on a side portion of a floor panel(1). The inside seal side panel is attached to an inside seal side reinforcing panel(3) by a connect unit. The inside seal side reinforcing panel is adhered to the floor panel through the inside seal side panel. The inside seal side reinforcing panel forms the seal side reinforcing panel of the frame with an outside seal side reinforcing panel. A hollow unit(5) is formed to a vertical direction of the frame in adhering the inside and outside seal side reinforcing panels by welding. The frame receives the outer seal side reinforcing panel to form the hollow unit along the vertical direction of the frame. Thereby, the hollow unit is divided by a partition to protect the passenger.
