PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a magnesium chloride which is simply and easily prepared cost-effectively. And a molded materials for construction by using the same is also provided, which is hardly burned by fire and has excellent adiabatic effect and interior smell removing effect. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: (i) after supplying water from a water storage tank(3) to a reaction container(7) through a water supplying device(4) at room temperature, supplying 35% hydrochloric acid as much as 0.6-1 times of the supplied water through a hydrochloric acid supplying device(5) to uniformly mix them; and (ii) after putting 50-60% of the total injection amount of magnesium oxide through a magnesium oxide supplying device(7) in the solution of the step (i) to adjust the pH to be 7 during 1 hour of initial reaction time, gradually putting 30-40% of the total injection amount of magnesium oxide in the solution during the next 1 hour and finally putting 10-20% of the total injection amount of magnesium oxide in the solution during the next 1 hour. The molded materials for construction is prepared by mixing the magnesium chloride as much as 0.5-1.5 times of magnesium oxide with the magnesium oxide and then organic matter as much as 3-7 times of magnesium oxide therewith. |
