PURPOSE: A sanitary beverage can is provided to drink the beverage in a can without using a glass or straw for sanitarily using the can regardless of foreign matters attached on a cover of the can. CONSTITUTION: On a sanitary beverage can, the circumference of a fixing plate(4) is bent upward. Herein, the diameter of the fixing plate is smaller than the diameter of a cover body(2). The circumference of the fixing plate is fixed with a pressing part(23) formed by bending part of the cover body. A thermally adhered part(411) is shaped on the fixing plate at a corresponding location with a beverage exhausting hole(21) of the cover body. By eliminating a cap(3) of a can, a drinking hose(41) integrally formed with the thermally adhered part is projected through the beverage exhausting hole. Herein, a withdrawing band(42) is protruded on the hose. The free end of the withdrawing band is fixed on a rivet(32) of the cap so that the upper part of the hose is forcibly pulled by the withdrawing band when eliminating the cap. Thus, the hose is protruded to the outside through the beverage exhausting hole.
