PURPOSE: A heat-sealable multilayer film comprising silicon-based resin or acrylic-based resin and an ultraviolet absorbing agent on a protective coating layer is provided, which has low degradation of reflection efficiency and excellent weather resistance even when exposed to light over a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: This multilayer film is obtained by forming a heat-sealable layer on one surface of a polyethylene terephthalate base film and successively forming a metal deposition layer and protective coating layer on another surface, wherein the protective coating layer comprises silicon-based resin or acrylic-based resin and an ultraviolet absorbing agent and the film contains 1 to 5 parts by weight of the ultraviolet absorbing agent based on 100 parts by weight of the resin.
