PURPOSE: A winding guide device of a winch cable for a vehicle is provided to supply tensile force and direction to the winch cable, and to regularly coil the winch cable to a winch drum. CONSTITUTION: A winding device of a winch cable comprises a first guide bracket(6) having vertical and horizontal guide rollers(5a,5b) on a front of a winch drum(3); a second guide bracket(7) mounted on a frame(1) of a vehicle; and a third guide bracket having the horizontal and vertical guide rollers by being separated from the second guide bracket. A winch cable(2) is withdrawn from the winch drum through the first, second and third guide brackets. Then, the winch cable is wound along the third, second and first guide brackets to the winch drum. The horizontal and vertical guide rollers supply tensile force to a side face of the frame. Thereby, the winch cable wound to the winch drum by the guide brackets receives a direction and the tensile force.
