PURPOSE: A bio-gas manufacturing method is provided, which can produce bio-gas of good quality by crushing and fermenting various wastes of organic waste and excretions. This bio-gas can be used as household heating energy or electricity, and the fermented residue can be used as composite that is sterilized and rich in nutrient. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a first collecting tank (1) for collecting excrement and for storing; (ii) a second collecting tank (3) for crushing solid organic matters such as food waste to a definite particles and for storing; (iii) a low temperature sterilizing tank (4) which is connected to the second collecting tank (3) and in which a heater is installed for agitating and sterilizing solid of the primarily crushed; (iv) a first and a second fermentation tanks (5,6) in which heater and agitator are installed for agitating excrement and crushed solid and heating to a fixed temperature to ferment serially; (V) a residue storage tank (7) for storing the fermented residue; and (vi) a gas storage tank (8) of synthesized resin material for collecting bio-gas.
