PURPOSE: A vehicle engine oil supply system is provided to minimize the driving loss of an oil pump by returning an oil pressure larger than a predetermined pressure to the oil pump to supply as introducing pressure. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle engine oil supply system includes an oil pressure control unit mounted on a first bypass tube which connects a side of an outflow tube to an oil fan and connected to an inflow tube and a second bypass tube for opening and closing the first and second bypass tubes according to an oil pressure generated in the outflow tube, wherein the oil pressure control unit includes a valve body(10) formed with a first outlet(13) connected to the first bypass tube, a second outlet(14) connected to the second bypass tube, and a semicircular holding protrusion(15) on an inner peripheral surface opposite to the first and second outlets, a piston elastically supported by a return spring(11) in the valve body and having a top surface corresponding to the holding protrusion and a semicircular protrusion plate(18) formed on a bottom surface corresponding to an axial line formed with the first and second outlets to form an oil channel(17), and a relief valve protruded in the center of a side of the piston and having a cooling rod(19) to be inserted with cooling solution(20) inside.
