PURPOSE: A non-irritating cosmetic composition containing the extract of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb as an effective component is provided, which has an excellent effect on reducing and preventing skin irritation such as prickle, itch, edema, erythema or the like. CONSTITUTION: This cosmetic composition contains 0.0001 to 10.0% by weight of an Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb extract as an effective component, wherein the Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb extract is obtained by extracting Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb powder in an extracting solvent selected from the group consisting of water, C1-4 anhydrous or hydrous lower alcohol, ethylacetate and acetone one time or more, decoloring the extract with active carbon, concentrating under reduced pressure and drying.
