PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid detergent composition maintaining its activity for a long period of time without precipitating and solidifying its enzyme, and excellent in cleaning power. SOLUTION: This non-aqueous-based liquid detergent composition is characterized by containing (A) a bacterial protease, (B) a nonionic surfactant and (C) re-soil-preventing agent as main components, in which the (B) component of the following (B1), (B2) and (B3): (B1) 3-7 wt.% polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having 10-20 mean carbon number alkyl groups and added with 2-5 ethylene oxide. (B2) 15-40 wt.% polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having 10-20 mean carbon number alkyl groups and added with 6-8 ethylene oxide. (B3) 15-40 wt.% polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having 10-20 mean carbon number alkyl groups and added with 9-11 ethylene oxide.
