PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-out port for a bag with a zipper, capable of preventing powdered or granular contents from being deteriorated with moisture. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 1 is inserted into a suitable portion of a zipper 11 comprising a protruding stripe and a recessed stripe, which is provided at an opening of the bag 4. An intermediate portion of the cylindrical body is brought into close contact with the zipper, and an introduction port 6 for contents 5 is provided at a lower end of the cylindrical body, and a discharge port 7 with a cap, at an upper end thereof.
