PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition excellent in impact resistance and molding processing property. SOLUTION: This transparent flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition consists of (A) a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin consisting of (a-1) a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing >=1 kind monomers selected from an aromatic vinyl, vinyl cyanide and a (meth)acrylic acid ester in the presence of a rubber state polymer, or (a-2) a (co)polymer obtained by polymerizing the (a-1) with >=1 kind monomers selected from the aromatic vinyl, vinyl cyanide and (meth)acrylic acid ester, (B) a flame retardant and (C) (c-1) antimony trioxide having 0.01-0.3μm particle diameter and/or (c-2) antimony trioxide having 5-10μm particle diameter as a flame retarding assistant, and has >=60% total light transmittance and <=50.0 haze on preparing the resin as a resin molded product.
