PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic instrument for evading the delay of an alignment completion based on the superimposed performing of driving by an automatic alignment mechanism on driving by a manual operation means even when a mechanical mechanism is adopted as the manual operation means. SOLUTION: An optic refraction force measuring instrument 1 is provided with a driving amount deciding means for deciding the driving amount of an optical system storing part 3 by an alignment mechanism I immediately after an alignment photodetective optical system becomes operation possible by positioning a device main body part 4, a position information detecting means for detecting information concerning the change of the position of the device main body part 4 by a joy stick 102 while the photodetective optical system is operated and a correcting means for correcting the driving amount based on the detection result of the detecting means.
