PURPOSE: A three-dimensional position measuring device is provided to measure a position of an object and a standard surface in a high accuracy, to more accurately measure the 3-dimensional position of the object, to reduce a manufacturing cost and to provide a stable device. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional position measuring device includes an upper measuring part(6), a cylindrical projection part(9), a lower fixing part(1) and three displacement sensors(8). The cylindrical projection part is located on an upper end of the upper measuring part and is capable of contacting with an object. The lower fixing part is in contact with a standard surface. The displacement sensors are located in regular intervals between the lower fixing part and the upper measuring part. The upper measuring part is in parallel with the lower fixing part.
