PURPOSE: An oil discharge structure for compressor discharge muffler is provided to achieve an improved noise reduction performance by allowing the oil collected in the lower portion of the resonance space to be smoothly discharged to the outside of the resonance space, thus preventing volumetric loss of the resonance space. CONSTITUTION: A discharge muffler includes a discharge channel(50a) for discharging high temperature high pressure refrigerant gas compressed in a compressor; a cylinder block(50) communicated to the discharge channel, and which has one or more resonance space(R); a cover(51) mounted onto the cylinder block and which closes the resonance space; and a discharge pipe(53) coupled to the cover and which discharges the refrigerant gas passed through the resonance space to the outside of the compressor. An oil discharge structure includes an oil discharge unit arranged at the bottom of the resonance space. The oil discharge unit has an oil flow channel which is communicated from the resonance space to the outlet pipe side, in such a manner that the oil collected at the lower portion of the resonance space is discharged by the pressure difference caused by the velocity of the fluid flowing through the discharge pipe.
