PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a metal composite oxide which effectively removes organic component of SOF from diesel exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) preparing an aqueous solution by mixing 1 mol.% of a nitrate compound selected from the group consisting of nitrates of Co, Cu and Cr with 0.1-0.5 mol.% of a nitrate compound selected from the group consisting of nitrates of Ti, Fe, Mn and Ni; (ii) coprecipitating 0.1 mol.% of NaOH with adding 20-150 part by weight of H2O2 to the 100 part by weight of the aqueous solution of the step (i); and (iii) washing the coprecipitate of the step (ii) to make the pH of the coprecipitate become less than 9. |
