摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to manufacture an oriented silicon steel sheet having superior magnetic properties more stably and economically by effectively intergranular segregating phosphorus, tin, boron and nitrogen in manufacturing the oriented silicon steel sheet, thereby restraining the normal growth of grains. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing an oriented silicon steel sheet comprising the processes of hot rolling and pickling the reheated steel slab after reheating a steel slab comprising 2.0 to 4.0 wt.% of Si, 0.07 wt.% or less of C, 0.01 wt.% or less of Mn, 0.03 to 0.06 wt.% of P, 0.06 to 0.12 wt.% of Sn, 0.0005 to 0.0030 wt.% of B, 0.007 wt.% or less of S, 0.01 wt.% or less of Al and a balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities; manufacturing the steel slab into a cold rolled steel sheet by two times of cold rolling including one time of cold rolling or intermediate heat treatment; simultaneously decarburizing and nitrogen enriching the cold rolled steel sheet under the environment including ammonia, or nitrogen enriching the steel sheet after the decarburization; and final heat treating the nitrogen enriched steel sheet, wherein the total nitrogen amount in steel during the nitrogen enrichment is adjusted to 150 to 250 ppm.
