PURPOSE: Provided is a surgical staple extractor which includes a couple of scissors-type levers having an elastic restoration by an elastic piece which is formed on a staple support piece as one body. CONSTITUTION: The surgical staple extractor comprises: a first lever(10) and a second lever(20) coupled movably with each other by a shaft-pin(P); the staple support piece(30) inserted between the skin or the biological tissue and the horizontal part of a staple for supporting the both ends of the horizontal part of the staple, which is coupled to the end of the first lever(10); a staple press piece(40) for pressing the center of the horizontal part, which is coupled to the end of the second lever(20); the elastic piece(34) formed on the staple support piece(30) as one body, wherein the end of the elastic piece(34) is contact with the first lever(10) elastically, therefore the first lever(10) and the second lever(20) are always unfolded.
