PURPOSE: A coal boiler SOx and NOx reduction device is provided to minimize erosion from bed material, to lengthen a life span of a superheater, to improve economical efficiency, and to prevent SOx and NOx from being generated. CONSTITUTION: A superheater is installed in a furnace of a coal boiler, and SOx and NOx are reduced at temperatures of 800 deg.C to 900 deg.C in the furnace. Erosion is minimized by bed material in the furnace despite high temperature and high pressure in the furnace of the boiler. The coal boiler consists of the furnace, a cyclone dust collector, and the superheater. Both distribution headers(4,4') are connected to a vertical superheater tube(6) by tubes(5), and a tube close box(7) is combined integrally with a wall tube(8). The superheater is composed of the distribution headers, the vertical superheater tube, the tube close box and the wall tube, and mounted in the middle of the furnace of the coal boiler.
