PURPOSE: A multi-call limiting method in a mobile phone having a multi-call function using a plurality of radio earphones is provided to allow a user to make a multi-call only with desired radio earphone users by selectively limiting a multi-call for each of radio earphones to prevent undesired radio earphone users from connecting of multi-call. CONSTITUTION: When a user inputs a key and a multi-call function is turned on, a controller displays a message requesting an assignment of an earphone number for allowing a multi-call through a display unit(300-304). Then, after viewing the earphone number assigning request message, a mobile phone user inputs an earphone number for assigning a radio earphone of a user desired for a multi-call among a plurality of radio earphones through a key pad(306). Then, the controller connects a multi-call only for a radio earphone corresponding to each of earphone numbers assigned by the key input of the user(308). At this time, If a multi-call function is turned on in a standby state, a multi-call is set up between a radio earphone assigned an earphone number among radio earphones and a mobile phone. If the multi-call function is turned on while a mobile phone is busy, a multi call is set up between a radio earphone assigned an earphone number among the radio earphones and the other party of the call. If the multi-call is desired to be terminated, the user of the mobile phone turns off the multi-call function(310-312). Then, the controller terminates the multi-call(314).
