PURPOSE: Provided is a precast concrete joint mortar composition, which reduces the manufacturing cost and supplies the product having stable quality. And a method for preparing thereof is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The precast concrete joint mortar composition comprises: (i) joint mixture composition comprising 25-35 wt.% of cement, 65-75 wt.% of sand consisting of particles having sizes of not more than 0.6 millimeter(S1), 0.6-2.4 millimeter(S2) and 2.4-4.7 millimeter(S3), 3-6 wt.% of fly ashes and 0.2-0.3 wt.% of a blowing agent consisting of 20-50 wt.% of fly ashes, 0.5-1 wt.% of aluminum powder and 50-75 wt.% of super plasticizer; and (ii) 15-20 wt.% of water based on the weight of the joint mixture composition. The method comprises steps of: (i) preparing a blowing agent from 20-50 wt.% of fly ashes, 0.5-1 wt.% of aluminum powder and 50-75 wt.% of super plasticizer; (ii) preparing a joint mixture composition from 0.2-0.3 wt.% of the blowing agent of the step (i), 25-35 wt.% of cement, 65-75 wt.% of sand and 3-6 wt.% of fly ashes; and (iii) mixing 15-20 wt.% of water based on the weight of the joint mixture composition of the step (ii) with the joint mixture composition.
