PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-treatment device for preventing reduction in strength of a bin tray and improving loading performance and consistency of a sheet. SOLUTION: When placing a sheet bundle on a bin tray 9, a binding means 20 for freely advancing and retreating to the bin tray 9 advances to a binding position of sheets. This bin tray 9 is provided with an opening part 9b for passing a binding needle in sheet binding operation by the binding means 20 to smoothly perform the binding operation of the binding means 20. The whole periphery of this opening part 9b is closed to prevent reduction in the strength of the bin tray 9.
